succeeded Styx singer
Dennis DeYoung on the hit
national tour of Jesus Christ
Superstar as
Pontius Pilate alongside
Ted Neeley and Carl
Anderson. Credits include:
award-winning productions
of The King and I,
Miss Saigon,
Yeston-Kopit's Phantom (title
role)
and
Gypsy (Tulsa).

JASON
RAIZE (Pontius
Pilate), has most recently
performed the roles of the
Phantom in Yeston-Kopit's Phantom!,
Lun-Tha in The
King & I, Tulsa
in Gypsy, and
Chino in West
Side Story, with
Sammy Dallas Bayes. Jason's
career began with Shakespeare,
portraying such roles as
Orlando in As
You Like It and
Feste in Twelfth
Night, with Nancy
Fales-Garrett. Happy about a
lot of things at age 19, Jason
is most thankful to be getting
out of the City and seeing the
country without having to do
the driving! |
